GEORGIA

Since the fall of 2014, the Georgia market of the Positive Athlete program has been in operation, recognizing the Peach State's most positive athletes and coaches. Every year since 2016, over 5,000 student-athletes and coaches have been nominated from over 425 Georgia high schools, making Georgia the most successful market in the Positive Athlete family.

Two, $1,000 college scholarships given to a male and female student-athlete that is making a huge impact by giving back to their community. NOTE: These scholarships are available State-Wide.

Two, $1,000 college scholarships given to the high school student-athletes who show up when people in their school or community are in need. NOTE: These scholarships are available state-wide.

Four, $1,000 college scholarships given to the Positive Athletes that make it a priority to do amazing things in their schools and communities.

DO AMAZING THINGS AWARD

LEADERSHIP AWARD

Two, $1,000 college scholarships given to student-athletes who have shown exceptional leadership skills at their school and in their community.

LEGACY AWARD

Four, $1,000 college scholarships given to the Positive Athletes that are the child of a high school coach, and are great representatives of the lasting legacy of their parent. NOTE: These scholarships are available state-wide.

DREAMS OF LOIS SCHOLARSHIP

One, $1,000 college scholarship given to a student-athlete who lost a family member and served as an inspiration for their school and community by the way they persevered.

POSITIVE ATHLETE AWARD

Two, $1,000 college scholarships given to a Georgia male and female tennis athletes who impact lives and foster relationships in their community. NOTE: These scholarships are available state-wide

MALE O.P.E.R.A.T.E. AWARD

One, $2,500 college scholarship given to the male high school student-athlete who O.P.E.R.A.T.E.S. with all Seven Definitions of a Positive Athlete in the Georgia Market. NOTE: This scholarship is available State-Wide.

FEMALE O.P.E.R.A.T.E. AWARD

One, $2,500 college scholarship given to the female high school student-athlete who O.P.E.R.A.T.E.S. with all Seven Definitions of a Positive Athlete in the Georgia Market. NOTE: This scholarship is available State-Wide.
