Positive Athlete and the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) Announce Strategic Partnership for the 2026–2027 School Year
ATLANTA, GA - November 2, 2026 - Positive Athlete is proud to announce a landmark strategic partnership with the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) for the 2026–2027 academic year. The partnership bridges high school athletics and state workforce development, connecting the discipline, leadership, and coachability learned on the field with high-demand, debt-free career pathways.
TCSG leads the state with a remarkable 99% placement rate across its 22 colleges and 88 campuses. By combining TCSG's educational infrastructure with Positive Athlete's trusted network of high school coaches, athletic directors, and student-athletes, the initiative aims to humanize career and technical education through powerful storytelling.
At the operational core of the partnership is a newly launched, co-branded digital hub at positiveathlete.org/tcsg. Additionally, TCSG has created a new "Workforce Champion" Scholarship Program. The establishment of $5,000 in sponsored scholarships, featuring five $1,000 awards specifically for graduating student-athletes entering high-demand technical fields such as aviation, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, logistics, and cybersecurity.
